Policy of Refund, Repairment and Replacement
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.
1. Return
-- Products with quality problems, if notified in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned for replacement or store credit.
-- Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you the credit or replacement.
2. Replacement
-- Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
-- Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. Due to Volumerates is maintaining a low margin, that customers will need to pay charge both ways, but we can ship with one of your new order.
3. Repair
-- Products with quality problems, if notified within 3 months (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.
-- Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
